VR exercise study was published in Health Care

バーチャルリアリティを活用した運動が、健常高齢者と軽度認知障害(MCI)高齢者の認知機能に及ぼす影響を包括的に調べた研究がHealth Care誌に掲載されました。



We performed a systematic review which investigated the beneficial effect of exercise with virtual reality (VR) system in older adults with and without mild cognitive impairment. We firstly demonstrated that exercise with VR led to improve inhibition performance in older adults with and without MCI.

This study was an international collaboration study with Jerome in University of Lorraine, France.
