主観的な認知機能の低下は、認知症のリスク要因となります。本研究では、この主観的な認知機能の低下とMEGで計測した脳活動との関係を調べました。その結果、主観的な認知機能の低下は、楔前部の神経活動と関係があることが分かりました。

We investigated the association between subjective and objective cognigitve declines using MEG. We found that subhective congitive declines in older adults was associated with the decrease of neural activities in the precuneus.
